1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), inspection data (uploaded images, classification results), and standard usage analytics. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the DG Inspector service, including AI-powered classification, compliance checking, and report generation. Inspection images are processed by our AI models and stored securely for your records. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Retention

Inspection data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, all personal data and inspection records are permanently removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Google Cloud Platform for infrastructure, Firebase for authentication and storage, and Google Gemini for AI-powered classification. These services process data according to their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Enterprise customers may request data residency in specific geographic regions.
