Terms of Service — DG Inspector

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DG Inspector, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DG Inspector is a product of Sagan Labs AI. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

DG Inspector provides AI-assisted dangerous goods classification and compliance checking against IATA DGR and IMDG Code regulations. The service is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional regulatory compliance judgment. Users are responsible for final compliance decisions.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 3 inspections per month. Pro accounts include up to 100 inspections per month. Enterprise limits are defined by individual agreements. Exceeding plan limits may result in temporary service suspension until the next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

DG Inspector is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI classifications carry inherent uncertainty and should be verified by qualified personnel. Sagan Labs AI is not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated compliance assessments.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
